Overview

Facilities and Capital Planning provides a wide range of project management services for new construction projects.

Our Facilities and Capital Planning (FCP) team supports approximately 80 projects annually, ranging from office and lab renovations to new building construction. Project costs range from $5,000 to upwards of $175 million, and we use a blend of funding sources to support these types of projects.

These projects can be departmentally managed, where FCP takes on the role of project management. Alternatively, FCP serves as the program representative and works in the partnership with Stanford's Department of Project Management.
