Types of Projects

Renovation & Renewal

Assist with renewal and renovation of office, lab (wet and dry), and common area spaces to meet programmatic needs of departments and programs.

Move Coordination

Provide help coordinating small to large office and lab moves.

New Construction

Oversee the construction of new buildings or additions to existing buildings in support of teaching, research, and creative expression.

New Faculty Office

Lead all phases of the project; project kick off, design and selection of furniture and items related to physical office updates, procurement, order processing, delivery, installation and punch list phases.

Project Management

As a project manager, FCP takes on the role of project manager for H&S department and program projects that generally fall under $5 million. Our team takes responsibility for all aspects of the project, from scoping to closing it out.

Areas of responsibility include:

  • Programming documentation
  • Contracting and purchasing
  • Project team leadership
  • Financial management
  • Schedule management
  • Construction administration
  • Quality assurance
  • Project communication

Program Representative

FCP performs the role of the program representative on behalf of the school and H&S departments and programs in partnership with buildings and grounds maintenance and the Department of Project Management.

Areas of responsibility include:

  • Communication
  • Program requirements
  • Project funding
  • Budget oversight
  • Program design reviews and approvals
